With more than 3000 of its different types,  bread is in Germany one of the most varied aliments.

Even if recently the number of traditional artisan bakeries is diminishing and the market is guided by industrial bakeries, the German people are proud to have so many different kinds of bread and try to make a lot to sustain it.

Always more artisan bakeries produce bread with very fresh regional ingredients and traditional recipes to be successfully the market leaders.”

And this is a famous Italian bread called “pugliese” and made of the durum wheat and is extremely soft and tasty when is very fresh and can be conserved fresh for several days. I like it very much. Did you try it?
