And this is another famous Italian cheese…I adore it with the Italian pasta. Just take a bit of the olive oil, garlic in a saucepan on fire, then add the gorgonzola cheese (I like a sweet one) and a bit of milk. 2-3 minutes of stirring and a tasteful pasta sauce is ready!
